These pizza scrolls are a guaranteed favourite for everyone! Whether you are after a super easy lunchbox snack, dinner for your little ones or even afternoon tea, these pizza scrolls will definitely be a favourite for kids and parents!

WHAT DO I NEED

  • Puff pastry sheets (Don’t have puff pastry? Mix self-raising flour with greek yogurt to create your own pizza dough)
  • Pizza sauce (We added a handful of spinach to ours and blitzed it!)
  • 4 slices of ham, diced
  • Roughly 3 handfuls of shredded tasty cheese

HOW TO DO IT

  • Step 1 – Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  • Step 2 – Roll out your thawed puff pastry on a chopping board or clean bench.
  • Step 3 – Spread your pizza sauce over the pastry
  • Step 4 – Top with ham and cheese
  • Step 5 – Roll your pizza into a log
  • Step 6 – Cut into 2cm rounds and place on a flat baking tray lined with a sheet of baking paper
  • Step 7 – Bake in the over for around 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffy
  • Step 8 – Serve and enjoy!
