Holding university qualifications in education, early childhood, and business management, Jae has built an extensive career spanning teaching, operations, and executive leadership across Australia and international. He has played a key role in the growth of some of Australia’s largest early learning organisations and continues to champion the sector through leadership roles with the Australian Childcare Alliance and The Fraser Foundation, supporting passionate early childhood educators across Australia.
