Carly brings more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education to her role as Regional Manager. Since joining Little Scholars, she has held a variety of positions including Float Educator, Assistant Educator, Group Leader, Assistant Director, Director, and Campus Manager, giving her a deep understanding of the early learning journey from every perspective.
Having led the Redland Bay South campus since 2021, Carly’s passion for supporting children, families and educators has continued to grow. Her broad experience allows her to build strong relationships with teams, provide meaningful support, and create positive environments where both educators and children can thrive.
As Regional Manager, Carly is dedicated to mentoring leaders, strengthening campus communities, and ensuring every child receives the highest quality care and education. Her approachable leadership style, combined with her wealth of industry knowledge, makes her a valued support for both teams and families across the region.
