Jordie joined Little Scholars way back in 2016 and has worked her way up from a trainee educator to lead educator, 2IC and now campus manager of our beautiful Ormeau 2 campus.
She says she’s loved watching the sector change to benefit children and support their education, and she’s proud of what Little Scholars offers our little learners.
As leader of the Ormeau 2 team, she says being a good leader means supporting her team, having meaningful and respectful relationships across her staff, families and stakeholders to provide the best quality campus we can for little people and ignite passion in educators.
“I want to be a role model for my team on how to be a good leader and support them through the challenges we face in the sector.”
