Holly has been part of the Little Scholars family for almost six years, beginning her journey as a Trainee Educator at Redland Bay South. Since then, she has progressed through roles including Lead Educator, Educational Leader and Assistant Campus Manager before stepping into her current role as Campus Manager.
Inspired by the educators who cared for her own children, Holly is passionate about the impact quality early education has on children and families. She believes every child should feel safe, valued and respected, with opportunities to explore, grow and develop confidence in themselves.
As a leader, Holly is committed to supporting and mentoring educators, fostering strong family partnerships, and creating a positive environment where children, families and team members can thrive.
Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family, enjoying a good coffee and getting lost in a great book. The children’s smiles, excitement and daily greetings are what make her smile every day.
