Amy joined Little Scholars in 2018 as an assistant campus manager and educational leader. She began her career more than 10 years ago and has worked her way up from trainee to campus manager of Little Scholars Parkwood.
She says the best part about working in early childhood education is being able to play a key role in shaping future generations.
To Amy, leading her dedicated team means her role is all about collaboration and inspiring others.
“For me, some of the most important leadership skills include communication, critical thinking, leading by example and truly being there, working with the team and empowering them to help the children achieve the best possible learning outcomes.”
