Alison joined Little Scholars as campus manager of Ormeau Village in 2021, bringing with her years of experience and education as an educator, lead educator, and a bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher.
Her favourite part of her role in early education is the relationships with the families and community, as well as the connection that can be formed by building positive relationships, which helps families feel confidence that their children are love when they leave them in our care!
She also believes that leading her team successfully means empowering others to be the best version of themselves, being a good listener and making sure everyone feels like a part of the team in a positive way.
