Elise became Ashmore’s campus manager in 2022, bringing with her nearly 15 years of experience in the early learning sector. She’s held all roles, and is currently studying for her Bachelor in Early Childhood and Primary Education.
Elise says the best part about working in early childhood education is building relationships with the children an their families and being a part of their learning journey. “I love to watch the development and growth that takes place over the years!”
To Elise, being a good leader means, “Being a good leader means being supportive – a leader is there for their team through the highs and lows, and supports in growth, development and wellbeing. A leader also raises their team up and celebrates the achievements!”
