Katelyn began her enriching journey with Little Scholars School of Early Learning Redland Bay in 2021, starting as the Educational Leader/Assistant Campus Manager, bringing with her 14 years of invaluable experience in the early years sector. With a deep-seated passion for education and care, she seamlessly integrated into the warm and nurturing environment at our campus.
A mere year into her tenure, the opportunity to assume the role of Campus Manager presented itself, allowing her to lead and guide the exceptional team at the Redland Bay campus.

Actively engaging with educators, families, and the vibrant studios, I believe in cultivating a culture of pride and compassion for our campus. Active listening is a cornerstone of my role, recognising its paramount importance in managing a community of early childhood professionals and families.
