With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Vicki has been dedicated to supporting children’s growth and learning since her very first position in high school. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, she brings both deep knowledge and a genuine passion for creating a nurturing, inspiring environment for every child.
For Vicki, the most rewarding part of her role is building strong connections – not only with the children in her care, but also with their families and the dedicated team she leads. She believes these relationships are at the heart of a thriving early learning community.
