Gemma brings her extensive experience and passion for early education to Little Scholars Stapylton, where she’s committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, families, and educators. With a career in the sector spanning almost two decades, Gemma has worked across a variety of roles including Inclusion Support, Educational Leader, Area Manager, and Centre Director.
She loves building strong, meaningful connections with families and believes open, honest communication is key to supporting every child’s individual needs. Gemma is passionate about creating a welcoming space filled with wonder and possibilities, where children feel safe, valued, and develop a genuine sense of belonging.
Gemma is especially excited to bring a sense of security and a true “home away from home” to the Stapylton community, while building strong connections with local families and supporting each child’s unique learning journey.
