Melinda has worked in the early childhood sector for nearly 30 years, and she says she is particularly driven to create inclusive, supportive and enriching environments where all children in her campus can thrive.
“As the campus manager, I believe in the power of early intervention, inclusion, and strong community connections to lay the foundation for lifelong learning. I am committed to fostering a welcoming and nurturing space where every child and family feels valued.”
Our Burleigh Waters campus joined our Little Scholars community in December 2024, but Melinda has been a proud working member of that community for many years.
“I look forward to working alongside you to create meaningful early learning experiences!” she says.
